We are seeking an experienced accountant with exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills to become an integral part of our team.
The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft office applications, Google applications, and QuickBooks applications.
We will need the applicant to hold the ability to learn other software applications.
Other duties needed experience in are:
* Bill clients and process payments
* Run billable reports as well as ongoing billing and invoice clients accordingly.
* Manage lien waivers and subcontractor sign-offs for bank loans.
* Reconcile receipts, field receipts, product orders, and online purchases.
* Job cost tracking including allowance reconciliations.
* Payroll (+/- 20 employees), including PTO tracking, and benefits administration.
* Subcontractor billing, work with team on verifying payables, add works and overages.
* subcontractor paperwork, liability, and workers comp insurance.
* Insurance administration including liability, workers comp yearly reconciliation.
* Prepare tax payments or tax documents for clients.
* Ability to work extended hours during the tax season (February - mid-April)
