Bank Michigan is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Loan Operations Specialist.
The position is located at our Brooklyn, Michigan office.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the input and funding of loans on the Bank's core system and the subsequent documentation/reporting of closed loans including making contact with various third-party sources, assembling files and verifying all proper documentation and data of consumer, mortgage and commercial loans.
Job Requirements:
Education: Associate's Degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Training and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of similar prior banking experience required; prior loan operations/servicing experience preferred; proficient in all computer programs/systems used to operate the loans, (including Bankway, LaserPro, HMDA, etc.
).
