Key Responsibilities
Careline Accountants provide services in accordance with company policy, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements and federal, state or 3rd party requirements.
The Accountant will maintain financial reporting, provide financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operational plan variance analysis and special projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Prepare accounting and financial reports and presentations
Reconcile and balance accounts
Verify, allocate, and post detail of company transactions
Assist in various financial and operational data analysis projects
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators
Manage Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
Maintains accounting software and current chart of accounts
Verifies financial data into software system
Maintains organized, effective and efficient systems and communication to ensure correct financial reporting occurs
Acts as liaison between company and vendors
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting
Current and valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
Three (3) or more years of accounting practices
Knowledge of medical terminology
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Experience in the health care industry preferred

Office Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
