_*Customer Service/ Shipping Representative*_ Skill Set * Proficient in using FedEx and or UPS shipping, and FedEx and or UPS Freight for shipping orders.
* Demonstrates intense care for each customer by entering, packaging, and shipping orders accurately.
* Exhibits good phone skills * Can follow receiving processes accurately.
* Prepares documents such as bills of lading and shipping orders to route materials properly.
* Contacts carriers to make arrangements for pick up and ensures instructions are complete and clear for the shipping and delivery of products.
* Becomes cross-trained in multiple areas of the operation for maximum time utilization.
* Motorsport Industry experience preferred.
