Office Manager Responsibilities:
Perform general office operations with limited oversight.
DHHS Billing/Food Program Billing (OJT Provided)
Greets visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and
delivering world-class service to our diverse cliental.
Coordinates appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and
schedules.
Coordinates domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car
rental reservations.
Track and submit purchase orders for office supplies and equipment and
maintaining proper stock levels.
Experienced with Microsoft, excel, PowerPoint, canva, outlook and versatile
data entry programs.
Marketing and social media.
Other duties as assigned.
Office Manager Requirements:
Some college preferred with stable work history related to the position.
Outgoing personality and adaptability qualities are a must.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration
Office management experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.

- Familiarity with payroll processing procedures
- Budgeting skills to manage office expenses effectively
- Supervisory skills to lead and guide administrative staff members
- Event planning abilities to organize office events
