Office Administrator Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in various clerical tasks.
Duties: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Experience: - Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computerized systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team *Benefits:* * Full healthcare coverage.
