Assistant Manager

Seeking an assistant manager for employment at an ice cream shop in Jackson, MI.
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated, creative and who is a leader.
This individual will help assist store manager on leading high energy staff towards providing exceptional service in a fast paced environment.
Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Assistant manager must be an excellent communicator, have the ability to multitask and trustworthy.
Responsibilities include ensuring that high levels of customer service are provided at all times, assisting store manager with scheduling employees while making sure all shift/days are covered properly.
Assistant manager must also be available to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
