We is seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Dietary Manager to give our residents the BEST food service in town! Do you want to make a difference in the lives on our elderly? THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB POSITION Primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations.
The CDM will assure that quality nutritional services are porvided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner while maintaining budget compliance and customer service standards in all areas.
Qualilfications: Education: Knowledge of nutritional requirements.
Certification: Certified as a Dietary Manager Experience: 1 year experience within a Long-term care sitting
