We are a fast-growing healthcare company seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.
At its core, we are a tech-enabled physician group providing medical services to post-acute and long-term care facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a CFO and leadership role in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In addition to managing day-to-day financial activities, the CFO at Theoria is pivotal in driving our financial strategy and operational effectiveness towards growth and stability.
This leadership role, emphasizing an operational focus, involves hands-on financial planning, capital investment oversight, and guiding the company with informed decision-making in close collaboration with the executive team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO's operational and financial management expertise will be vital in achieving Theoria's objectives and ensuring fiscal health.
Key responsibilities include establishing financial policies, managing accounting, budgeting, accounts receivable, and patient billing processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support organizational growth
Provide financial leadership to the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
Effectively manage the finance and revenue cycle department and provide guidance and direction to team members
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk management
Requirements and Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in finance, accounting
Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive financial leadership roles as a CFO in the healthcare industry, specifically within a physician service company
Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement methodologies and regulations
Must have extensive and exclusive experience in physician services organizations
Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to support organizational growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to start on or before May 1, 2024

Salary 230-280k DOE with bonus

Physical Requirements
Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
