Production Team Member 1st Shift Mon.-Thur. No Weekends

50 per hour with attendance bonus * 1st shift! * Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm ( Friday's as needed ) * NO WEEKENDS!! * Health, Dental and Vision after 30 Days! * 401k with 4% company match * 1 week of vacation @ 7 months of employment, another week @ 1 year!! * Profit Sharing *About the Job* * Fast pace work keeps you busy * Cross train on each machine position ( must eventually be able to do all jobs ) * Move materials as needed, potentially unload/load trucks as needed * Operate hoist to take rolls down * Communicate with other team members as needed to have a good flow * Work on machine in a team of 5 people * Available to work in our West Unity, Ohio location on occasion in the off season or when orders are low.
*Requirements* * Forklift experience ( sit down only ) * Must have good attendance and be punctual! * High School Diploma or GED * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check * General manufacturing/factory experience * Must be able to work well with a team * Must be able to work overtime as needed * Must occasionally be able to lift up to 100 pounds * Must be able to bend, twist, stand for long periods of time, walk, climb, stoop * Must have reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.
