Foreman/Operator

Qualifications: · Work safely · Excellent leadership & communication skills · Engage in positive interactions with customers · Effectively and efficiently problem solve · 3+ years of operating machinery including excavators, front-end loaders, skid steers, tractors, etc.
· Valid Chauffeur’s License · Lift 80lbs regularly · Operate and maintain small tools such as compactors, leaf blowers, saws, etc.
· Have a clean & professional appearance · Positive attitude · Ability to read blueprints · Keep records and notes · Willing to continuously learn & improve · Ability to pass drug screening (excluding THC) If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction management and a proven track record of success in overseeing projects, we would love to hear from you.
