```Duties:```
- Perform skilled craftsmanship in the construction, repair, and maintenance of various structures and equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine materials required and methods of installation.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Install fixtures, fittings, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects.
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an artisan or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
