We are based out of Brooklyn Michigan.
We build in the Jackson, Lenawee, Hillsdale, and west Washtenaw County areas.
Travel is required for subcontractors to and from the job sites.
You must provide your own transportation and tools for the job.
We are looking for a roofing crew to subcontract to on a regular basis going forward.

The Crew Member is a key part of the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers.
The company’s brand and customer experience rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role.
Duties:
- Install various products and systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Fabricate and modify materials as needed for installation projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in roofing
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus
- Experience in frame carpentry and roofing, or heavy lifting is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
