POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Operator to join our Short Run team on all shifts.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 2 years of Swiss, Mills, Haas, or DMC operator experience
Be comfortable tending to one or more CNC Machines to cut and machine metal work pieces to specification
Pride themselves on exceeding the customer's expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery.
You will support PSM's success through:
Operating CNC machines: loading with raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, making offsets, and packaging products.
Ensuring quality standards with regular quality checks.
Meeting or exceeding efficiency and production rate requirements.
Maintaining the mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Collecting and documenting data.
