```Duties```
- Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints, building codes, and specifications
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials using hand tools and power tools
- Install cabinets, doors, windows, and molding
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Skills:
- Restoration: Experience in restoring old structures or furniture
- Roofing: Knowledge of roofing installation and repair techniques
- Remodeling: Ability to remodel existing structures or spaces
- Fabrication: Proficiency in fabricating custom pieces or components
- Maintenance Person: Versatility in performing various tasks related to carpentry and general repairs
- Concrete Forming: Experience in creating forms for pouring concrete
- Siding: Installation and repair of siding materials on buildings
