Our Michigan team is expanding and there is an IMMEDIATE opportunity available for a Repair Technician.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing light demolition, carpentry, framing, drywall, and painting in residential settings.

Position Type: Full Time, Entry-Level
Hourly Pay Range: $23.
00-28.
00, Negotiable; depending on experience.
Incentives: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit, as well as Sales & Marketing.
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
Paid Monthly On-Call: Twice a month, you will be scheduled in advance to be on-call for a week, with full use of a company vehicle, including a fuel card.
You will be paid an on-call bonus in addition to any hours worked, including overtime.
If called, you must be available to act with reasonable time for travel.
Core Responsibilities:
Interface with customers and relay information to Project manager or Superintendent when appropriate.
Performs light carpentry, framing, drywall, paint, trim, and other aspects of common repair work.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities to include setting up staging areas, equipment, & content protection.
Assist with demolition and general cleanup as needed
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
Provide direction to subcontractors as needed.
Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 3-year of experience in construction required.
Experience with carpentry, drywall, and flooring required.
•Hands on experience in drywall, paint, trim, and light carpentry.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
