We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our team.
As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction projects.
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including digging trenches, setting up forms, and laying out rebar
* Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
* Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
* Assist with the installation of reinforcement materials such as rebar
* Clean and maintain tools and equipment
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in concrete construction or a similar field preferred
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
* Knowledge of basic construction techniques and practices
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
