_Lease Operator/Pumper _ *Qualifications* * Valid Driver’s License (Required) * Mechanical Skills * Self-Motivated requiring minimal supervision * Work in a team setting *Job Description* Lease Operator will be responsible for oil and gas well operations, maintaining field equipment and facilities.
Some Job duties and responsibilities include: * Gauge production on assigned wells, report gauge readings and pertinent well information.
* Diagnosing, fixing, and reporting problems with wells and facilities.
* Perform lease maintenance such as production equipment repairs and adjustments, maintain a clean working environment.
* Working with other employees and supervisors on coordination, in order to keep wells running and surface equipment operational.
* Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
* Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which the Lease operator is responsible.
