JOB SUMMARY :
The MRO Coordinator is responsible to receive and issue materials to the production, maintenance and engineering personnel and maintain accurate inventory of non-productive material.
The MRO Coordinator works with sourcing, maintenance, engineering and production departments to ensure the maintenance tool crib has the appropriate items and an accurate level of inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate and modify stock levels- includes removing obsolete items and determining if something needs to be added as stock
Check/verify all items that come into the crib- Maintain records for all SDS sheets.
MVP records are updated/ assign location/ print labels
Creates cycle count schedules and regularly performs cycle counts according to the schedules.
Modifes cycle count schedules as new parts are stocked
Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
Works with vendors to get the best pricing and lead times on all stock parts
Perform general housekeeping and strategically organize the crib so the flow of material is efficient and is more intuitive to maintenance and engineering when they need parts
Reviews PR & PO’s for any discrepancies and updates information as needed
Inspect orders for accuracy: Match PO’s to invoicing and ensure payment terms, account codes, and tax codes are correct for accounting and make changes as needed.
Clean up MVP PO’s and follows up with Engineers/Maintenance/Buyers to ensure material was received so the PO’s can be received and closed in MVP
Back up for the MRO specialist and assists the Supply Chain Analyst Supervisor with PR’s
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer proficient with at least a year of experience required specifically spreadsheets; Experience with databases preferred
Must have a strong understanding of production and/or maintenance
Must have at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment; crib experience preferred
Experience with materials, inventory or part numbering preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, walk, bend, stretch and stand and sit for extended periods of time
