Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Jackson, MI - Full time in Corporate Office
Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.
m.
– 5:00 p.
m.
for 8 weeks.
)
Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.
m.
– 10:00 p.
m.
) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)
Wage: Commensurate with experience up to $16.
00 per hour and potentially more with higher level inbound call center experience.

Day to Day:
Answering incoming calls from REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners
Making determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience:
