Position: Financial Wellness Specialist
Wage: Competitive salary starting at $49,143

The Financial Wellness Specialist is responsible for providing direct financial services to our members and Credit Union employees in need of one-on-one financial coaching.
This position also facilitates financial educational classes for small businesses and schools and supports Community Partnerships’ events.
Essential Job Functions: Focus on Purpose: Focused on providing direct financial services to our members, employees, and communities as a Certified Financial Coach.
Engaged: Coordinates and delivers financial presentations to groups, schools, and small businesses.
Continued Growth Support: Supports partner company and school relationships.
Collaboration: Actively visible at community events, provides support to Financial Wellness & Community Partnerships teams.
May be required to work outside normal schedule to meet our members where they are.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office professional Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word) Proven written and verbal communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate: Has previous Financial Wellness Experience Must be an outgoing individual.
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Must have the capability to work on a creative team and contribute creatively.
Above average verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
Ability to maintain a strict standard of confidentiality.
